Evergreen Recording Studios Get a Makeover

Evergreen Recording Studios Get a Makeover

It was time for a change. Our Evergreen Podcasts recording studios lacked the luster of what a true stylistic recording space should be. So we called upon the music gods - and the best acoustic treatment experts in Cleveland - and we got the job done right.

Located in Lakewood, Ohio, on the first floor of a building that faces a fairly busy street, sound management has been something we have battled with since first moving in two years ago. We pride ourselves on producing quality podcast shows with amazing sound quality, and we worked tirelessly with our Sound Engineer to make our audio sound as smooth as possible, free of any background noises.

As part of our studio renovation, we decided to order new sound tiles for our walls to "sound proof" all four of our recording studios and to help keep all outside sounds out and all podcast sounds crystal clear! And if we are going to hang giant blocks of sound-proofing foam on our walls, we might as well make them look nice, right? We therefore ordered custom sound tiles in a variety of colors. In addition, we updated our carpet and ordered all new furniture - including comfortable chairs for our guests while they record, a table and chair set for meetings and brainstorming sessions, and a cozy lounge couch. We updated a lot of our recording equipment as well, including microphones, speakers, and a new audio interface.

Interested in creating your own corporate podcast for your company or brand? We are currently working on several corporate podcasts, and we would love to talk to you about your ideas and show you how we might be able to help you. With a team that has years of experience as entrepreneurs, audio engineers, and in various audio-based careers, we can help you make your podcast dreams a reality. We're always looking for new partners and new hosts for our shows as well! Please reach out and let's figure out how we can work together!
